You can't really mean to bake these delicate cookies for 40 minutes!

Thank you Paula Dean you never fail me! This cookies are great my partner and I just baked 6 dz. to give out tomorrow and my partner said, "If they last will be able to give them out tomorrow." (Meaning their going to be eaten before we can even put them in little baggies! Thanks again and I really think you all should try this recipe! Best Wishes!

One of the best wedding cookie recipes I have ever tried, and I have tried ALOT. I've been using this recipe every Christmas for 4 years now. My family and I love them and they are always the first to go! I don't bother shaping them into crescents though, I just roll them into balls...much easier.

The powdered sugar really makes these cookies. I refrigerated my dough after mixing and when I went to bake the cookies, I only took out about 1/3 of the dough at a time.
This made it very easy to roll the crescents - no sticky hands.
Made and baked the cookies just as the recipe is written

I love Mexican Wedding cookies. These were super simple and turned out great! I would slightly underbake, but maybe my oven was just running hot today. 40 minutes was a bit too long. Delish!
