    I have had these for years growning up but never knew how to make them. Thanks Paula for sharing this great recipe. Everyone that tastes them can't get enough.

    These cookies taste just like the ones my 'abuelita' used to make. The cookies are so addicting and incredibly flaky and buttery. I rolled about a teaspoon of dough into a ball instead of a crescent (this is how we do them in Mexico and they came out divine.

    Super easy and worth the 40 minute wait. I'm mexican and have always loved these cookies, never thought they would be so simple to make. I will be making these again for Christmas. Thanks!

    I baked these last year for my cookies I give out as gifts. They were a big hit and I will be making them again this year!
    Warning: You may have less yeild than you thought you would because you'll find yourself munching on them as you bake ;

    This recipe is very similar is not the same to russian tea cookies however, with Paula's twist of adding extra butter they are especially yummy. The were a huge success at my cousins baby shower. 5 stars from me!

    do not compare to Paula's "Buttery Finger Cookies" from the Candy/Sweets Show. Similiar ingredients, but with much better taste especially if you add mini chocolate chips. Try them!
