Excellent muffins, easy to make. Very moist. I buttered a silicone muffin tin and they came out great!

Throw away every other recipe for banana muffins - this is the best! Moist, light and delicious. Super banana-y. I added about 1 tsp of cinnamon, skipped the nuts (my daughter doesn't like them and used paper liners. No electric mixer - just a potato masher and wooden spoon, so less clean up. YUM!

Very delicious and it is quick and easy to make. I used decaf and skipped on the nuts. I love the coffee flavor in it. I love it so much! This recipe is definitely for keeps.

I didn't care for the coffee flavor so I substituted coca-cola and it made the muffins moist and wonderful with an awesome crunchy top! Amazing

Made these a few days ago and they turned out great! I skipped the nuts since I don't like them though. Next time I'll add some mini chocolate chips.

I made the following modifications: used 1 cup regular ap flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat, added 1/2 cup oatmeal and added broken up pieces of dark chocolate. Also I only had three bananas. If you like a sweet muffin add more sugar - I really thought these would be sweeter. Next time I will try 1/4 extra cup of sugar or maybe sprinkle sugar on top. If you have four bananas, definitely use them, don't be scared, I feel with one less banana you miss out on that yummy intense banana flavor and extra sweetness. Quick and easy recipe, overall it's a winner,
