You can never go wrong with a Paula Deen recipe!!! These oxtails came out perfect...Thanks paula!!!....For those tha were questioning the amount of salt, you have to read and pay attention. Thats for a bulk recipe of her house seasoning. You put that together and store it. You would season your meat to your liking after you make a jar of the seasoning. Love you Paula

I love this receipe and so does everyone else that has tried it. My mother has always cooked Oxtails, but her way of cooking them is on the stove, but this way is just as good. Thanks Paula. Yes, my Oxtails are in the oven as we speak for dinner tonight!

I've never had Oxtails, but Paula can make anything look good especially when she's eating it.. one of the reviews has that they didn't know about the 1 cup of salt, I don't know what their getting that from. Maybe the House Season recipe, Pay attention!!!
If you don't trim the fat off enough these will be greasy. make sure they are trimmed good. They melt in your mouth I make at least once a month. Just try them this is my Comfort food.
