These are the best burgers EVER!! I was a bit intimidated by the puff pastry but it was really easy and worth the extra work. I put a little hot sauce in the burger mix as well! Definite keeper!

Thanks paula!! once again you managed to come up with another great one, i made these tonight and the meat itself was tasty i just added a little bit of my own seasonings to give it a bit of a kick but i never used puff pastry so this was def something new for me but it worked out real well i will def make these again.

I laughed so hard at the two Paulas. Loved the recipe for the mini burgers.

I reduced the amount of salt to 1/8 tsp, made adult-sized patties, put them on the indoor grill.........I had to stop myself from going back for more. Can't believe how awesomely tasty these were!!! Thanks Paula!!!! These will be how I forever make hamburgers!!!

It may be for kids but the food was awesome, adults loved it to. The show was adorable!!
