    Sadly disappointed in this one

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
With all the great reviews I was really looking forward to trying out this recipe. I just didn't think there was that much... flavor in the pork. It could be because I didn't put a lot of the red pepper in the marinade (I don't like too much spicy)but I thought I would get more of the other flavors in there and I didn't. I did enjoy the Lemon Tarragon Mayo spread.Read more

    Very Good!

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
I'm never dissappointed with any recipe I've used of Paula's. She's not only an excellent cook but she knows good food! I... guess those two items go together anyway. I made these for a couple of small party events and everyone adored them. The recipe also works well when using beef tenderloin. Just plain dang Good!Read more

    Soooo Tender and Tasty!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made these sandwiches for my daughter's engagement party and they were a hit! I used the little potato rolls and the pork... was so tender and the lemon tarragon mayo went with them so perfectly. Some guests who didn't particularly like mayo still used the spread because they heard everyone else rave about it. Great job on this one!Read more
