This was not good to me at all. Most of the time I love Paula's recipes but this one I could of lived with out. I had to change the recipe so it wouldn't be so bland. I would not make this one again.

Home made cups are definitly the way to go. I made some regular muffin size and used as lunch entree and some mini's. 4 sheets of phyllo will fill 24 mini cups They freeze and reheat well, so while you're in the process make some extra. Not necessary to spray the muffin pans if you put top buttered side down. If using the pre-made, brush them with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan and parlsey and reheat.
Shrimp salad is good-the first time I cooked/peaeled and diced, the second time I used baby pre-cooked and it was nearly as tasty with much less work. Sprig of dill makes a nice garnish. Salad is also a good topping for cucumber slices or small tomatoes with centers removes (a more figure friendly version

Served these at a bunco and they were gone!!! Delicious and fresh tasting. Don't forget to dry your shrimp to prevent too much water in salad. The Phyllo cups were worth the work. Thanks Paula!!

So easy and yummy, pretty too. I am always looking for new appetizers and this is perfect. I actually tested this recipe on my husband's poker group last night and they were gone in a flash!!
I followed the recipe to the letter, only adding a generous dash of cayenne pepper for a little kick and extra color. Thanks as always Paula, for great recipes !!!!

I used a regular sized muffin tin to make larger phyllo cups and served them as an appetizer to a meal. I omitted the parmesan from the pyhllo and used a little less mayo. The end product was quite tasty but still a little on the rich side for my preference.

Made this for a potluck party - they are so easy to transport. These were SO good - everyone was just raving. I made the homeade phyllo cups - you have to do it - they were awesome. I will make this again and again.

this recipe was great... It was so easy and so different. Everyone enjoyed it, will definitely be one of my favorites. I even added lump crab meat to it.
