As an iced tea, this recipe is fine. But why call it mint tea if you're not going to give it a mint flavor? Just garnishing it with mint doesn't do the trick. You have to add the mint while steeping the tea!

Paula, in order to get a good mint flavor to the tea, try adding the mint during the steeping process. Otherwise, the mint is simply decor.
Also, go a little lighter on the sugar. I'd offer simply syrup to my guests. Is Sugar Diabetes on the menu, too?

This recipe does not say what to do with the mint (except garnih. I didn't make it, but I wanted to until I saw this.

I love sweet tea just about more than anything, and I was a little wary about adding "extra ingredients!" to it, but this is delicious, even in January! It definitely goes in my own recipe album. Thanks, Paula!

this is very good but there is too much sugar. Next time I will add less sugar and it will be perfect!!
