    Very tasty! Great, easy recipe.
Not everyone at a baby shower is expecting, so serving alcohol would be a nice thing to do to make all of the guests happy.

I made these for a bridal shower and everyone loved both versions. I found the decanter at Dillards department store. It's part of their Noble Excellence line. I had two for both versions & they were $50 each. As for Sally, lighten up. You're probably a liberal who wants the country to be a nanny state. Paula, as usual you're the best and nicest person and you keep on keeping on and giving us a peak into your life and giving us wonderful recipes to share!

I changed the recipe to just raspberries instead of mixed berries. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. We went through 3 pitchersful for 10 people. A note of importance: next time I would go to the troble of straining the puree and use two spoons less sugar. The glasses and pitcher are a pain to clean up 'cause they're sticky and full of seed pulp. It's worth the extra step to put puree through a sieve first, but time-consuming. I'd def serve again, but i think I'll use pureed ripe peaches next time.

    Good job, Paula.

Oh dear sweet Paula how could you come up with a drink like this. Your mixed berry bellinis was a hit at my Church's party and everyone raved about the drink even my pastor wanted the recipe. There was even pregnant women there that even tried it and couldn't wait until the child was born so they could drink without harming the child. And for Sally get over it! It's just a party for a baby shower not a drunkfest.

What a simple recipe! i can see the wine substituted for a sparkling cider to make it non-alcoholic. Thanks!

I love mixed berry anything. Thanks Paula, for also suggesting a non-alcoholic version. Too bad everybody has to be so worried about being politically, socially, and snootilly correct these days:

I am very disappointed that Paula would suggest an alcoholic drink at a baby shower. Shouldn't you be catering to the mother?
