    Although, I have not been a fan of Paula Deen 's online recipes in the past...this one is fantastic! Using Autry's Yellow Cornmeal, White Lilly Flour, and Organic Valley Buttermilk...this is probably the best cornbread I have ever eaten! I find her recipes in her magazine to be awesome, but, the online versions seem to 'miss' something. Thanks for a great cornbread recipe!

    I love Paula, but I did not love this recipe. It was gooey, even after baking 15 min. Longer than the recipe called for. It had a custard-like texture.

    Flavorless. Should have read through the comments for modifications, or better yet, chose a different recipe. Just tasted like flour, with very little corn or other flavor. Never tried a Paula Deen recipe before and this one does not inspire me to try another. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was technically edible.

    Recipe went together well, texture okay, but it lacks flavor. I'm going to need to find something to boost the flavor or find another recipe.

    This cornbread is delicious. I have tried it with low fat buttermilk and it makes it not taste exactly the same. So the regular buttermilk is way better.This cornbread is moist and fluffy.
