Fabulous. I'd been looking for this recipe for quite awhile. My friends and family are thrilled that I finally found it.

My husband is allergic to flour. These cookies were so moist you couldn't even tell they were flour free.

I tried these cookies and ended up throwing away half the batter after it became stuck to the cookie sheet and made a mess of my oven. The cookies that didnt end up plastered to my oven or cookie sheet were flat and not really what I'd call "cookie-like". I tried adding a cup of flower to the recipe and it helped make it less sticky and more like a cookie... make sure to spray the cookie sheet or use a baking mat because these cookies are REALLY sticky.

The cookies are easy to make and taste great with all the flavors! I used craisins instead of raisins.

These were wonderful. They will become a part of Christmas tradition around my house. My kids thought they were the best cookies they had ever eaten. Made me a hit!

Yep, we have a new favorite cookie in our house now. My three kids and my husband can't stop eating this one. I think I'll put pecans in it next time too. It is really delicious and the recipe makes a nice, big batch - but I bet it still won't last long around here!
