I couldn't find my measuring cups so I tried it without them and I think I over did it. LOL

The combination of peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate is irrestistable. And the recipe is very easy, too. I did cook a bit longer than the recommended time b/c I found that they were easier to transfer that way.

Delicious cookies, kids loved them and the recipe makes a nice large batch. I love recipes in which I already have the ingredients on-hand so we can make them at a moment's notice.
I didn't use the raisins, so I added a 1/4 cup more chocolate chips. Also, I used chunky peanut butter and it was great.

I made these for a cookie exchange. My family loved them. I love the idea of a no flour cookie. The only thing I changed was to add Christmas colored M&M's because they made the cookie's more festive. Thanks Paula...I will be making these year round!

These were delicious. With this recipe you can make it to your own taste. I used the Swirls instead of chocolate chips and added walnuts to it. Everyone who tried them loved them! I included several of them in the gift baskets I made at Christmas.
