My kids could never agree on anything. One wanted peanut butter, another wanted chocolate chip while my third wanted oatmeal. Finally a cookie that they all agree on, and is so delicious!!!Thy this cookie, and you will never go back to your basic chocolate chip again! We are leaving these for Santa.

These were kind of hard to take off the baking sheet because they are so gooey. But, after 2 days under saran wrap, they are still chewy and taste great so that is what counts! Thanks Paula

These cookies are outstanding! I used mini m&ms and milk chocolate chips. I had to bake them about 13 min. maybe it's my oven...very, very good!

I did a little expermenting on this recipe (I hate doing this to one of Paula's recipes, but since I'm a HUGE chocolate fan, figured I could try and improve on it, and I believe that I have done it. I omitted the 1/2 cup oatmeal, making it an even 4 cups and replaced the 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of coco powder. They turned out really good and yummy! Paula, if you read this, please try this and let me know what you think.

I saw Paula do this and knew it would be good. I am a diabetic and so I substituted regular splenda for all the sugars and added maple sugar substitute to make the "brown sugar". I also used sugar free chocolate chunks. It made the BEST cookies.
Thank You Paula

I tried these cookies yesterday and they are WONDERFUL! The only thing (and I hate doing this to one of Paula's recipes is that I think I'm going to try and make them chocolate. Don't get me wrong, they are very good the way they are, but I'm a chocolate nut!

Not only are these easy to make, but taste great as well. I did not try it with the raisins, but I'm sure they would be great as well!
