These cookies sound amazing! But I don't want to make the whole batch at one time. Could I freeze some of the dough for later?

I love these cookies! My family could not stop eating them!
We did one batch that we rolled into balls and put on the pan and another that we flattened because the others did not seem to spread out very well. I would suggest flattening them out if you want larger cookies, but be sure to make sure they do not overcook like mine did. Overall, great recipe!!!!

Good recipe for monster cookies. If you don't like it, either you tried the wrong recipe (What were you expecting top speeder?? If you wanted plain old choc. chip cookies, than that's what you should have made! Monster cookies are not choc. chip cookies, obviously. Did you read through the ingredients first?!? And your comment at the end was unecessary- are you over 12? Just because Monster cookies aren't your cup of tea, you don't need to critisize the person who posted the recipe.or you didn't follow the recipe correctly and that's your own fault. If you follow the recipe as it says, your finished product will be a yummy "monster cookie."

Very Good, Directions out of Order? Baked longer.
These cookies pleased my 4 and 7 yr old children as well as Mom and Dad. I have made them 2 times so far. I followed the directions exactly the first time but on my 2nd baking I changed the order of the additions to facilitate easier mixing. For example:
Creamed sugars and butter, then added eggs 1 at a time and mixed well. Added salt, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well. Then Peanut Butter mixed well. Followed by Oatmeal 1 C at a time. Last, the raisins, chocolate chips, and candies. Also liked them a little more well done. Baked at 360 for 12 min.

I love that these cookies are made with just using my stand mixer bowl where most cookies require blend dry ingredients...blend wet ingredients and combine, not to mention they are fabulous to boot! I followed the recipe exactly but omitted the raisins. Will make again soon!

My new favorite cookie! I substituted granola for half of the oats. I added a good amount of chocolate chips and M&Ms, the more chocolate, the better! I also added in some dried blueberries, strawberries and cherries along with the raisins. These cookies are addictive! Since I added in so much sweet stuff, I reduced the sugar by half. I've got a serious sweet tooth and these came out perfect! I don't see how anyone could give this recipe 1 star! If it didn't turn out right, then you measured wrong or have old ingredients...

These cookies were easy to make and so delicious. I added a few more chocolate candies and chocolate chips and raisins. Our kids loved them! I took them to our youngest daughter's event and they were a hit! I will make them again and again.
And, top-speeder_131, I believe these posts are for rating the recipe, not for personally attacking someone.

A little gooey but I probably did something wrong. I ate them right from the freezer! Had them for weeks! I will definitely make them again.
