A little gooey but I probably did something wrong. I ate them right from the freezer! Had them for weeks! I will definitely make them again.

I found these cookies here a year ago and they are my goto favorite. Had to break down and bake some today b/c you can't buy anything that tastes like them. I bake them at 325 convection oven for 9 mins on silicon mats. Batch size is huge! I add 1/4 cup raisins, 1/2 ghirardelli milk and 1/2 cup dark chocolate. Take them out even if you don't think they are done and let them sit on the sheets a bit. The outside will be just crisp and inside gooey. I use small melon baller to get even and round cookies. If you don't have a scale to weigh peanut butter, 3 1/2 -4 giant swoops of peanut butter with a tablespoon is about right. Enjoy!
PS Don't post multiple bad ratings on these cookies, it really is user error if these miss.

Novice-Cook. It was a rookie mistake, not a mistake of the recipe. Now you know what the other 300+ people new when they made the recipe correctly the first time.

Would have been nice for the recipe to reference the fact that the oats should be "Uncooked" vs. "Cooked" In its current state it is vague and two batches of this recipe went in the garbage to figure that finer point out. Third times the charm?

Best cookies ever! I am a homemade cookie snob and just recently made these for the first time and they are now at the top of my list. My whole family loves them :

I made a double batch of this for a group of guys and the recipe made a total of 14 dozen... lots of cookies! Very hearty tasting - substituted a chopped up dark chocolate candy bar for the chocolate candies. Also very important to let the cookies sit for 3 mins after coming out of the over - made a big difference in how the cookies set up. Thank you for a FANTASTIC recipe - will be making again!

Loved them! I took them to a friend's house and they begged for the recipe. Left out the raisins, though. Think I'll add some nuts next time.

These were the biggest hit during the holidays and for the Super Bowl (I'm using theme colored M&Ms for different applications. I also used peanut butter chips and Reese's Pieces in place of the chocolate and they were fantastic. The only difference is that I use a full cup of chips and a full cup of candy. (Any more and they don't hold together.
