This was soooo good and as stated in a previous comment, it makes a lot! I think I will try this with caramel too!
I think you could probably separate these into whatever serving quantities you need and freeze them, couldn't you?

Couldn't wait to make this fudge sauce after seeing the show. FABULOUS!!!!! It got 5 stars from the whole family! It makes a lot, which is great because it disappears very quickly.

Best chocolate sauce I've ever tasted and it makes so much! Delicious on everything from ice cream to cheesecake. I poured a batch into several 1-pint mason jars and give them to my friends. Now they're asking for more.

Best ever!!!!
So far I have made three batches. Half of the first batch went home with my oldest daughter, half of the second went home with daughter number two....... both have called and asked for the recipe as this recipe "has ruined any chance of ever buying store bought sauce again" (yes, that means we have eaten two batches here at home
As one other reviewer has already noted, I have made the recipe using evaporated milk and it turned out really tasty, and I ALWAYS have it on hand. I am planning on using milk chocolate chips for the next time!

It is delicious and very easy to make. Unlike other recipes I have tried it was super smooth and did not merely taste like melted chocolate chips-wonderful rich flavor. I doubt I will be buying store bought ever again. Yummy :

this is chocolate sauce is amazing. have tried it both on ice cream and homemade pound cake. the recipe makes a lot (about a quart. comes back from the refrigerator great, just put some in bowl, microwave for a few seconds, and stir. great!

This fudge sauce is wonderful. I've tried several "hot fudge sauce" recipes & this is the best one I've found. Plus a bit healthier, since it uses brown sugar instead of corn syrup or white sugar.
