I watched this on the program and wanted to make it ASAP. If I don't have heavy cream on hand (which I did not, I will substitute some type of evaporated milk. For my trial, I used 2% evaporated milk and this sauce was still wicked. Unbelievable flavor and I, like Paula, have many outstanding chocolate sauce recipes. Thanks for putting this on the program.

I had some heavy cream that I needed to use and thought what the heck...let's try it. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! It is the best "fudge" sauce ever. I am going to try the recipe by switching out the chocolate chips and try peanut butter or butterscotch to see if it's just as good. This is a must for the holiday season. I am going to make a few batches, put in some fun jars and give away as gifts. Try this recipe. As usual, Paula delivers again! Thanks Paula.

I made this Chocolate Fudge Sauce and it was WONDERFUL!! I can't wait to make it for Christmas and give it as a gift along with a pint of ice cream. I plan to put it in red and green containers with a spoon of the opposite color. Giving homemade gifts are the way to go. I have already started to get my ingredients together to make my holiday candies and with the chocolate sauce and ice cream my friends will think they have died and gone to CHOCOLATE HEAVEN! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYBODY!

OMG this should NOT be allowed!
Problem #1: Extremely hard to wait for it to cool without eating it all. SOLUTION: Worth burning off the roof of your mouth.
Problem #2: FUNNY HAHA that it will keep for a week in the fridge! SOLUTION: Make 4 batches.
Right before X-mas! I can't WAIT to make this as gifts. Tie a red or green plastic spoon around the jar and I'll have a bunch of new BFFs! This is truly AMAZING and will cure anyone's chocolate cravings!
