I made 3 cranberry sauces this Thanksgiving and this was the big hit- everyone tried and loved it. The presentation is beautiful and unexpected, whether on a greens plate or on the turkey platter. I used candied walnuts left over from our salad course, and to my taste, this would be a great dessert served on a matching circle of pound cake or meringue and sprinkled with mint and raspberries.

Tasted like it belonged on a hot, sweet bread. Wouldn't do it again.

What a wonderful way to dress up jellied cranberry sauce! This was super fast and super easy. I presented the cranberry "sandwiches" on a plate of bright green spinach leaves and they were beautiful! The cream cheese was a tangy contrast to the tart cranberry and the nuts provided the unexpected crunch! I'll definitely use this recipe again!!!

I had high hopes for this interesting take on jellied cranberry sauce. It was really kind of boring. Too much cream cheese taste. It needs something. Its a good idea, but the filling needs to be better.

loved this different cranberry dish that I made this year. Personally, I prefer the cranberry orange relish that I always make. Next time, I'll make two!

We always have to have cranberries for the holidays and this was a nice change from what we usually have. I enjoy your program and have made many of your recipes.

Tasty and creamy. Probably too much fat and cholesterol, but it's dreamy for Thanksgiving!
