I made this Stuffed Cranberry Sauce for Thanksgiving last year and everybody loved it! This was a simple yet delicious and eye appealing addition to my traditional holiday dinner. This year it will be served on many of my relatives tables as well as mine.

This recipe would be better labeled as a salad rather than "stuffed cranberry sauce." It is indescribably delicious, especially if you go a little bit lighter on the mayo and a bit heavier on the cream cheese. It is especially fabulous when served on a bed of arugula and the pecans are well toasted. Big wow!

This is a cute, easy recipe that is very good. However next time i will put it out with dessert.

Sour milk-ish filling with sour jelly didn't compliment each other the way I had expected.

My family doesn't usually enjoy cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving, yet this recipe changed their minds. It is now my speciality and a tradition on our Thanksgiving table.

It tasted like a jelly and cream cheese sandwich. Ok to try but would not make it again!

I made this along with Paula's other cranberry recipe (Canned Cranberries for Thanksgiving this year. People were not especially impressed with it. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything special. I would recommend trying Paula's other recipe instead.
