    For a change, I followed directions to a "T" and lo and behold it came out just wonderfully! I too was a bit worried that the flavors would overpower the beautiful rib-eyes....WRONG! I would make these again in a heartbeat.

    My boyfriend doesn't like mustard at all and he loved this recipe. He couldn't even taste it in the recipe but he sure loved it.

    this is a wonderful flavor, I didn't have steak but I tried it on sirlion roast and braised on top of stove both sides and then put into a crock pot .. was wonderful,thanks paula..

    This was so good and so easy. I used fillets, because I had them, but I'm anxious to try it on another cut of beef. The men loved it and the not-so meat eaters ate every bite!Delicious!
