This recipe was quick, easy and very good. The meat was very tender and had a very nice flavor. We enjoyed it very much. I know I will be making the recipe again, it is a keeper. I recommend it to all.

I agree with other reviewers this sounds strange but it was so good. I pounded a rib eye, put a thin layer of Boars Head Brown Mustard on either side and put lot's of cracked black pepper on each side. Cooked it on the grill, 5 minutes on each side. Didn't have a mustard taste but delicious undertones of pepper and very tender.

I have had my eye on this recipe for several months. Just could not comprehend the mustard being good on steaks. Certainly didn't want to waste a good steak. However, after reading the reviews and having a lot of faith in Paula's recipes, we tried it this weekend. The steaks were absolutely the best. Thanks Paula for another great recipe.

This steak was prabably the best steak you can eat and that's a fact:! It had perfect flavor and called for what, like 4 ingredients that you have on hand. I'd be a happy girl if this dish was served in a 5 star steak house. Thanks Paula!

I just love the flavors of the mustard and black pepper in this. I had some leftovers and cut it up and put on a salad the next day and it was even better the next day. Gotta love Paula

Very quick and simple recipe that tastes great. The mustard really gives the steak a kick and works well with the crushed peppercorns. I will make this again and again using different types of mustard to vary the flavor.
