    I love this recipe and so has everyone I've cooked it for. I still haven't figured out the presentation, since the mustard/peppercorns always get messed up on the grill, but I keep coming back.

    I used dijon mustard for this one. I smeared it on thick and let the rib- eyes sit for a while. So simple and the flavor is great. We all loved it! Thank-you Paula.

    I decided to take a chance, even tho it sounded a little odd... the steaks were AWESOME!! I used whole grain brown mustard with garlic and chili's mixed with some dijon since we don't like it too spicy, and they were perfect!
