this is a great coffee cake. it is rich and gooey and wonderful. all the reviewers crying about it being too sweet....come on....it is a coffee cake people. if you can't take the butter and sugar, please just go make an angelfood cake. the rest of us know a good thing when we bake one.

This recipe was very easy to make and my whole family loved it. We finished the entire loaf in one breakfast meal. My husband didn't want to share with the kids :

Made this with my daughter for Mother's Day and we all enjoyed every bite of it! Followed the recipe exactly, except we didn't add the pecans and it still turned out great. My 10 year-old daughter and I found it easy and fun to make together. If you want it less sweet, then omit the glaze on top or dust with powdered sugar instead. This recipe is a keeper.

I made this for a dish to pass at our home fellowship meeting. Went over big time. I plan on teaching one of the young girls at our church this recipe because it's so easy. She's just beginning to do cooking and baking and wanted the recipe. Thanks Paula for all the fantastic recipes. I watch your program every Sunday morning before getting up.

This was pretty good! Very easy and fun to prepare. I've never used biscuits as cake batter before. She says to use 10 ct packages, but they only had 8 ct at the store. Even with less biscuits, I didn't have enough mixture to coat all the biscuits. And I went pretty light with each biscuit to start with. That's why it got 4 stars - I felt like I was doing something wrong and I don't like that feeling in a recipe. But it still tasted great!

I made this recipe the weekend after I saw the show. Fantastic!!!!!!!!! Four people in my house and it was eaten while still hot, no leftovers here. Some of my elderly neighbors have a big sweet tooth, so I made some for them, and needless to say, they wanted more. I put some of the orange pulp in my icing. We just love it

At first appearance, seemed a little "Route 66ish." That was all forgotten with the first bite. A crispy buttery bite filled my mouth with just a hint of citrus. If not for a stomach full of perfectly cooked chicken and rice my girlfriend made, I would have eaten the whole thing. I would ask her to make it again!! Mr. Eric. D. Fredenburg (Las Vegas

This is a really yummy sweet treat and one we can't afford to have too often because of it's ability to expand our waistlines!! I made only one exchange, and that was pecans for walnuts cause I didn't have pecans. It's pretty darn good with the walnuts!! So about once a month now we have this for breakfast. It's my son's favorite and now every time I make something with butter he asks if it's a "Paula recipe".

The only reason I won't give this recipe 1 star is because others seem to like it, but I was not impressed, sorry. First off it tasted like biscuits, and canned biscuits do not keep well at all, so this cake must be eaten same day. Second it was way too sweet, the sugar could be reduced. There is a difference between biscuits and cake; this was not coffee cake, but rather sticky sugar biscuits
