Absolutely loved the melting sauce. Beautiful flavors that went perfectly with the steak.

I made the Melting sauce and it was AMAZING!!!!! I made it last year on Valentines days for my hubby. We actually put it on ribeye's! It was so good and i had lots left over and put it in the freezer. Still was good a month later. I will be making this again this year for Valentines Day. My hubby requested it! And...let me make you aware..he is not a steak sauce fan, he never puts anything on his steaks!!!

AMAZING! I made this exactly like the recipe! I had some herb butter left over from the steak so I added it to my roasted potatoes. DELISH!

This recipe should be for special occasions. The tarragon sauce was awesome and a glass of red wine will keep those arteries sludge-free for those who are concerned.

    Go Paula!

This recipe is super delicious but the tarragon melting sauce makes this dish amazing! I always have extra butter left over so I spread it on bread and broil it for a spin on traditional garlic bread.

Used this on inch-thick strip steaks without the tarragon sauce. It was AMAZINGLY delicious. I'll try later with the tarragon sauce - it had a lot of butter in it and I'm trying to lose weight and cholesterol.

This is such an easy meal and so delicious!!! I made it for a second time today and substituted a full steak for cubed steak and melted the sauce over and it was loved just as much as a full steak. A+++++++++++
