This meat loaf was moist and delicious! I had forgotten to add the tomato and it was still yummy. Everyone raved about the glaze on top! I'd say the best meat loaf and extremely easy.

The prep time took minutes and then I stuck it in the oven for an hour. The flavor was excellent and the meatloaf retained moistness throughout. Can dinner get any easier?

This was very easy to make and quite tasty. The secret is the brown sugar in the topping. Great recipe!

I thought that this meatloaf was very juicy and pretty good. The only thing that I would add next time would be a little more spices. As you can see from the recipe, it really only calls for salt and pepper- and I think that some garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika might give it a little more depth in flavor. Otherwise, I thought it was very good since it was so juicy.

I made this meatloaf for dinner last night and my husband raved about it. He said it was best meatloaf he ever had...better than his Mom's! It was so moist and delicious. I used Rotel brand diced tomatoes with green chilis to give it a spicy kick. The glaze on top really gave it great flavor. I'm tossing out all my other meatloaf recipes!

This if a simple and delicious meatloaf. I didn't make any changes in the recipe and I think it was the best tasting meatloaf I have ever made, and I have made a lot of them. Thanks Paula.

My meatloaf recipe has always been a hit with all the kids that come through my house (which is a lot, but this one was by far much better. I tripled the recipe like always and thought I would have plenty of leftovers, but that didn't happen this time. By noon on the next day it was all gone. I did do one thing different. I used tomato sauce instead of canned tomatoes.
