This is the most moist and juicey meatloaf I have ever had! The leaner the ground beef, the better!

I absolutely loved this recipe. The meatloaf was very moist and the sauce was outstanding! Can't wait to make it again.

My children are very picky eaters, but last night I got rave reviews from all the kids on this recipe. Not a single complaint about the green peppers and tomatoes. I'm tossing out my old meatloaf recipe.

Paula has it down pat on this great MEATLOAF! Even though I did a similar recipe for ions, this one with that brown sugar/mustard/ketchup topping -OH!! and her cut up green pepper make it a superb meatloaf. Her Cottage Potatoes are a wonderful accompaniment. This was a fabulous old fashioned meal! Just add a green salad! I'll do these two dishes again and again.

I really enjoyed this recipe! It was very simple. I don't eat red meat so I substitute with ground turkey and it was delicious! Thanks Paula!
