Tried your meatloaf last night and it was great! Was getting sick of the same old thing; this was a nice surprise and my family loved it!

My boyfriend really wanted meatloaf, and although I normally won't eat it (childhood trauma of meatloaf gone bad ha, I decided to try this recipe. It is fantastic. I normally use the preseasoned cans of tomatoes to give it a little extra flavor, I've made this a few times now.

I couldn't believe I cooked it! It was more then good it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!
My husband actually asked for seconds, and wanted me to save the left over for his breakfast.
(coming from one lousy cook- LOVED THIS RECIPIE, It made me seem like a professional cook: Now that's always a GOOD thing.
