    This is my all-time favorite meatloaf recipe! I didn't have canned tomatoes; so I used a cup of freshly diced tomatoes with their juices. And on top of the meatloaf I put two slices of bacon. As a side dish, I used Paula's cottage potatoes recipe. YUMMO!

    This was so yummy my kids wanted me to make it again! Paula's dishes are simple to make and not expensive so I can afford to make her things. You will NOT be dissapointed!

    This recipe was very easy to make as well as very good to eat. It was even better the next day. It is very moist and full of flavor. I enjoy watching Paula's show and this is definitely a keeper.
