This is the best meatloaf I have ever ate. Growing up I never liked meatloaf but this one will change the way you think about meatloaf. I have fixed it for several event, funerals, church gatherings and my pan comes back empty everytime. Thanks Paula for a good meatloaf recipe.

This recipe was so easy to make. The meat loaf was delicious, and everyone loved it. It's a definite keeper. We ended up doubling topping so that there was no fighting for sauce! Thanks Paula! We love you from Boston.

This meatloaf is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! It's very easy to make and has the perfect amount of flavor. It was my first time making meatloaf and my family loved it. I used ground turkey and was very happy with my choice. 1 hour was the pefect amount of time to let it cook. I will be making this again on Sunday for my boyfriend and his mom. This recipe is sure to please :

I don't know if I did something wrong? But it was the consistency of mush. The sugared topping was sweet but the whole thing felt wholly undercooked as I am used to more breadcrumbs to solidify the meat making it an actual loaf. I think there is too much liquid in the diced tomatoes and not enough oats (only 1/2cup to make it stick together. Sorry Paula. The meal went into the trash and the kids ate pb and j for dinner instead.
