Super easy... I substituted the tomatoes with marinara since it's all i had and it turned out fabulous! Very juicy and flavorful. I will be using the leftovers for meat that will go with the spaghetti sauce tonight! Great simple recipe...

Everything about this meat loaf was awesome! The glaze on top was superb! I used Dijon mustard in the sauce which gave it a little zing to it. And Paula is so right about using 80/20 ground beef. You really need it for moisture along with the water content in the onions and bellpepper it was very moist. Not dry at all. My grand daughter made sure we saved her some for her lunch for school the next day! And every ones plate was wiped clean! Now, that's what I'm talking about!

O-mygooness!! I know this seems like such a simple recipe, but sometimes, even the simplest recipes need the right combinations...THIS ONE HIT! Added about a 1/3 lb of sausage and the texture and flavor is SPOT ON!! Simple and delicious...WIN WIN!

This was very good! The diced tomatoes almost made some bites taste like stuffed cabbage. I think it was the sweetness. I changed a couple of things. Instead of using bell pepper I used 1/4 inch chopped zucchini(because I didn't have bell peppers and it was wonderful. I will always make meatloaf with zucchini now. I also used panko(japanese bread crumbs instead of the oats. I also added chopped garlic and Worcestershire sauce as per another person mentioned. I also doubled my ingredients as my family can eat a lot. And I definitely ate seconds. The only thing I would change is the sauce for the top. I will add less brown sugar as it seemed too sweet for my family and I. Other than that, this recipe is a keeper! :
