I made this for the first time today and it was a big hit. Used chopped kalamata olives, feta cheese and diced green pepper for the omelet and served it with bacon, mandarin oranges and mini cinnamon rolls. Quick, easy and very little clean up.

Paula, this was ABSOLUTELY delicious. It was so easy a caveman could make it. I have two sons, both adopted, not siblings. One will eat anything that I cook from the Food Network shows, the other will not try anything. They both loved this including myself. Our omelets included sauteed mushrooms, crumbled sausage, green onions and sharp cheddar cheese. My one son has informed me that we need to have this every Saturday morning. By the way, I tried the breakfast bowls last weekend and thy were delicious as well. Paula, thank you so much for your recipes. I hope I'm fortunate enough to meet you someday.

I tried the recipe on Sunday. It was easy, and fun for the kids, the adults love the convenience. None of us tasted plastic. I used a 4 quart pot to prevent a rolling boil they cooked for 7 to 8 minutes. I will definitely use this method again because I can NOT turn out a decent omelet for the life of me. Thanks Paula

Get real Hollywood, CA it is toxic to eat hamburger off the grill too, too many carcinogens! You got to die of something, may as well die happy eating the omelettes in a bag !!! Way to go Paula great recipe my husband loved them!!
