I made these last night using sirloin since that is what I had on hand. Instead of making the orange sauce (although it sounds like something I would like, I served them with leftover roast gravy which is my husband's preference. This will go into my recipe notebook to be made on a regular basis.

These were great. Made them for a family gathering and should of planned for more because they were gone before I new it. Glad I ate one while I was cooking them. Served them with several dipping sauces. which were, the orange dipping sauce, horseradish sauce, teriaki sauce, honey mustard. All the sauces went over well.

I don't care much for Orange Marmalade so I made fresh orange and peach dipping sauce which turned out fabulous. We also tried it with pork instead of beef, it was delicious!

Ew, I didn't like the orange dipping sauce. I don't know why but it just did not go well with my taste buds.

These beef strips were so good! However i dont know why Paula calls it "Orange Beef Strips w/ Orange Dipping Sauce" when there is no orange flavor in the actual beef strips, onlythe dipping sauce. Anyway, they were very good. I used seasoned panko bread crumbs instead and put a little cayenne pepper in the flour. It gave it a little bit of a kick. My mom loved the dipping sauce but i think a little goes a long way. Theyre also good with ranch dressing or honey mustard. Yuumm!!!

This was super easy and VERY tasty. While I can understand seasoning the flour, I didn't and didn't miss it. We used tenderized round steak and it was very tender and crispy. I used some green onions on top of the dipping sauce as a garnish. Ruthanna, I can TOTALLY see doing this with a good southern white gravy instead. I may try that next time.

Tried the Orange Beef Strips and my family loved the Beef Strips but preferred Ranch dipping sauce. We are having the left overs tonight with white gravey. BOURDAIN try going to Paula's without reservations bet she'd invite you in and give you real food.

We made the Orange Beef Strips and Orange Dipping Sauce yesterday and it was a big hit with our family. Really enjoyed the 'Easy Weeknight Meals' episode. Fun episode with some great recipes.
    Thanks Paula and Jamie!
