these brownies are the most delicious brownies in world. My son asks to make them all the time. I had to cut off some sugar though because they are very sweet. You know, it's not a baklava,it's a brownie :

It's a dreary day here in "sunny" California so it was a perfect day to make this bright and delicious brownies! I followed the brownie recipe to a T and they came out very moist. Lots of orange flavor. I did take the advice of some of the reviews and cut the frosting in half. It was a perfect amount to cover the brownies completely. What a nice change from the traditional chocolate brownie and so summery and yummy!

Ooooohhhhhh wooooooooow! I can't explain it, but these kind of leave you speechless. They are moist, dense, and sweet: my favorite combination. The orange zest makes the dessert almost float off the table. Be careful after taking one bite. It is an almost blissful experience.

I made these today and these are just too sweet and chewy for our tastes. I would have liked them a bit more cake like. I love the taste that orange rind gives you could do the same with lemon in this recipe. I am glad I halved the recipe. I agree if using a glass baking dish, reduce the heat to 325 and use a cake tester..

Just made these for the 1st day of Spring. Yumm; I did watch the video 1st and FYI, if you are using a glass pan like she does and I am, she does say to set the oven temp to 325 for glass. The recipe reads 350

Love this recipe! I made it just to change up from the typical chocolate brownies and was super impressed! They have a great dense brownie texture with a light citrus taste. I admit that I did cut back on the sugar a bit and it was plenty sweet. This will now be my go to for summer bars. I imagine that they would be easily exchanged with any type of citrus. A new fav!
