it was ok but I don't think I'd make it again. Just didn't have the flavor I thought it would. My daughter thought it was good.

About 2 tablespoons full and use regular boxed pancake mix. If you follow paulas recipe use only one egg and put a half teaspoon of baking powder in pancake mix.all and all I thought the recipe rocks with these few tweaks. and as far as Paulas personal life we all have known for years that she is horn dog. she practically climaxs when she samples her food. I am happy she found someone. GO HAWKEYES!

It was very easy to prepare but it just didn't pack the punch her other recipes are known for.

The pancake part of this recipe is too "eggy" tasting and the texture is unappealing. The lemon flavor was just too much. I think we expected something a little more pancake-y tasting, or at least a little more cake-y in texture.

Very good - don't use too big of a pan, or if you do, incrase the amoint of batter.

It was good but just not a "keeper". What's the problem with the in bed breakfast? Paula was a "Mrs" when this was taped and they were adorable as always.

I am happy to see that I am not the only one that it came out flat for? Oh well!

This recipe works perfectly if your pan, filling and oven are hot. I used my own apple/pear filling and Paula's pancake mix and it was not only beautifully puffy, but delicious as well.....not to mention easy. I now have a new item for my company breakfast menu.

After reading all the reviews, I thought to myself...why not try this anyways..it sounds so good. Well I was very disapointed. It was like eating fried eggs with apples. My husband and I took one bite then decided to get "take out" for breakfast. I still love Paula though
