Absolutely Delicious & I am making this again tomorrow for supper but cutting the chicken into nice strips rather than keeping the chicken as is. Taste is wonderful! 5 *'s

This was delicious. I cut the breasts into chicken strips. I also added a little aioli to the mustard mix. I used rice crispies instead of pinko since I didn't have any on hand. So easy to make!

It was delicious! Some reviewers indicated that it was a bit salty. Since I used the panko crumbs with the Italian seasonings, no salt and thyme was added and still packed alot of flavors. Just make sure to wet the chicken with water before pounding it so that it will not break apart. I baked the 2 chicken breasts using the toaster over.

This was very good with lots of flavor and great texture. We served it with a gourmet vegetable macaroni salad and it has become a staple in our house. It is now my son's favorite chicken dish. Thanks Paula!

Yum! I was fun to find a recipe with mustard in the mix as our boys love that on most anything! I used this on chicken leg quarters as they are much for affordable to buy w/four boys in the house (everything we buy is "family pack!" Turned the temp down to 350 and baked a little longer so as not to risk crusting the outside too much before inside was done, and it turned out soooo good! Needless to say, the "family pack" size did not carry over into leftovers the next day! Big hit at our house!

I wondered if I would like the mustard flavor, but the flavor was great! I was out of Parm, so I used cheddar cheese instead. Also used dried thyme. It came out delicious. I wonder how great it would be as directed? My 3, 6 and 8 year old boys liked it OK, but the adults really loved it. I didn't tell them about the mustard dip and they had no idea. Will definely make again.

I didn't love this at all. I think it tasted too "thyme-y." I would use dried thyme or none at all. You really can't beat traditional fried chicken!
