I used this recipe with bone-in breasts, and it was great. Very easy, and tasty too. The mustard was not overpowering as you may think, and the panko gives it a nice crunch. I did use a rack on a cookie sheet, and it cooked very evenly. We will be having this for dinner again soon. As some others have suggested, I may try this on pork chops, too!

I love this chicken I have made it a few times before and every time it turns out great, This time I tried it a little differently, I was out of dijon mustard so I used dijon mustard with horseradish and I only had about 3/4 cup of parm. cheese so I used about a 1/4 c asiago cheese it is awsome!!!!!!!!!!1

This recipe was great, but next time I will have to leave out the salt. My dad said it was too salty and I agreed. I only added a pinch but maybe it doesn't need the salt. Other than that, it was a yummy recipe.

Fantastic! The chicken was moist and had really great flavor and the crust was nice and crunchy. The mustard gave a great little kick. I followed the recipe pretty closely, except I flipped the chicken about halfway through so both sides got nice and crispy. This will definitely be made regularly!

I loved the crunch that the panko gave it! My girls liked dipping the chicken in a small amount of ranch dressing. The bottom crust stays moist, but still good. I might try flipping it next time, or skip putting the crust on the bottom. I also found that a small heavy sauce pan makes a great pounder!

This was a very good recipe. Instead of using the breasts Paula used, i used wings, and they still turned out great despite the fact that i had to use breadcrumbs (You'd be hard-pressed to find panko in the Bahamas. I would also recommend flipping the chicken over so that both sides can get crispy. I left it one-side up the whole time and the bottom was a little soggy but tasty nonetheless. I would definitely fix them again.

So good, I left out the mustard because I didn't have any so used an egg/milk/olive oil mix for the liquids. It was sooo good and juicy...oh and I used chicken tenders. The kids loved them!
