Mustard Oven fried Chicken should be the title. Mustard was a little overpowering as my family did not like the dish.

personally I would have given this chicken a perfect rating, the panko makes it so crispy and the combo of mustard and parmesan is divine. I served it at a get together and was told by 2 of my relatives that it is too salty. I added no salt to it thinking that the parmesan would be salty enough.... perhaps too salty for some people. But its a great recipe and worth making!!!!

I made this recipe it was so easy and quick! The chicken was perfectly moist and golden crispy. I will be making this again for sure. I may add a little lemon and other seasoning but all in all AMAZING!

This recipe looked too easy to be this delicious.

The Panko bread crumbs make this meal. The chicken was the best we have ever had at home, and we have served it to friends, and they cannot believe that this dish is so delicious. I am not a big fan of dijon mustard, but it adds some delicious flavor to the chicken. I think we may try this recipe with some nice cod or perch and see how it works for fish.

This recipe is really good, fresh out of the oven. It's still good later, but the panko gets soggy if you store it, or cover it to keep it warm in the oven. Loved it!

Made this for supper tonight. Easy recipe to follow. 2 C of panko bread crumbs was way too much for the 2 pounds of chicken. Would recommend using half the amount. I followed the recipe exactly except baked the chicken breasts without pounding them thin. Moist and flavorful, but the recipe overall didn't wow me.

I had planned on trying this recipe on just my husband, but had unexpected company come in for lunch!! This was perfect! Easy to prepare, cooked quickly, and smelled heavenly! But best of all it was delicious. Everyone raved about how good this was. It is definitely a recipe I will use again and again and share with others. Thanks!

I found the dijon sauce did not go far enough but it was easy to make more and it added so much to the chicken. My father is gluten intolerant so I had to substitute rice krispie crumbs for bread crumbs and the chicken was excellent. We all enjoyed it and I plan to try doing fish that way , too.

    Thanks for the great recipe!

Two of my friends just fixed this delicious chicken recipe during a girls' weekend and it was TOTALLY great. Everyone loved it and went back for more! (Thanks Holly and Angy! We are big Paula fans, but this recipe was especially good and surprisingly healthy. The crust was crunchy and flavorful and the chicken was still juicy. I am making it again tonight!

This is so easy and so good. I made it over the weekend. I e-mailed this to all my friends as I just can't say enough good things about this great chicken dish. Thank you Paula and Bobby!
