This recipe sounded good, but wasn't. I see some reviews state they added a
sauce. I had to also, so it was edible.

followed every step of the recipe but came out sort of bland to us. I'm latin and i'm used to seasoning and spices so this was bland. It looked great on TV. A recipe I would try again but I would definitely use my spices.

I'm personally not a huge chicken fan, and usually can't cook it very well. But this recipe was easy and REALLY good. My whole family loved it!

This was totally simple to make, and really delicious. I made it along with my rustic mashed potatoes for my friend's birthday dinner, and he was very pleased. Oh, and I sprayed just a teeny bit of olive oil no-stick cooking spray to the top of the chicken breasts right before I put them in the oven, and they came out nice and golden brown. I'm always looking for new and easy ways to cook chicken, so I'm adding this great recipe to my arsenal. Yum!

Wow, what can I say. I made this last night, and my kids who are good eaters, request this dish for a birthday dinner. I made this with boneless chicken thighs and called it Oven Fried Chicken Fingers. This was very easy, simple and fast to make with lots of flavor. Thanks Paula !

I made this with a few changes and it was a big hit! Instead of using chicken breasts I used thighs, and I also used the preseasoned panko bread crumbs instead of thyme. I have an electric over and baked it for 27 minutes at 400 degrees and it came out perfect! It was a crisp golden brown (I was actually worried it was going to burn! and the mustard had a nice subtle flavor. Very easy and a definite pleaser!

I didn't have dijon mustard so I used honey mustard and it turned out great! The honey mustard with the parmesan gave it a sweet and tangy taste. Instead of pounding the chicken, i just cut the chicken breast into strips which were perfect for dipping. I will definitey try this recipe again.

This dish is good, however, I wish it were crispier. The mustard and thyme gave it a good flavor. Thanks Paula!

Prepared as shown, coating chicken with brush and dredging and pressing in the bread crumbs. Preheated oven....15min. perfectly browned and crusty after 30 min. Better than the chicken ,was the love and tenderness shared in the kitchen between this mother and son, so precious! Will enjoy this recipe as a healthy favorite again and again.
