Made this last night and we loved it. Made a couple of minor changes. Added fresh basil, Emeril's Essence and paprika to the panko. Instead of wrestling with the chicken, I cut it into small pieces. Larger than nugget size. Makes it handy for taking for lunch the next day. After reading other comments about the chicken maybe needing a sauce, I decided to make a creamy honey mustard sauce recipe by Robin Miller. Yum, yum! Thanks Paula (and Robin.

I made this recipe tonight for dinner after another request for gilled cheese sandwiches. It was super easy, tasted fantastic and looked amazing. My 5 year old has in recent months decided that she doesn't want to eat anything but grilled cheese and peanut butter and jelly and she ate every bite of her chicken and kept telling me how crunchy and tasty it was. I substituted chicken tenders for the breast called for in the recipe but it came out fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a fussy eater.

This chicken was so good! My whole family really loved it. I did put mine under the broiler or a few minutes after I baked it and the color was then a nice golden brown.

Just tried this recipe. I could not believe how juicey and tender the chicken was. You could cut it with a fork and the flavor was suttle not over powering. A good, healthy alternative to frying chicken. Will share it with all my family and friends. And you can be sure I will cook t his again.

Followed the recipe exactly, thought the oil in the bread crumbs would help, but the chicken breasts didn't come out nearly as browned as shown on TV, and yes, my oven tempature is accurate. The chicken tasted fine, was disappointed in the coloring and we do eat with our eyes.

My whole family, including picky kids, LOVED this chicken. It was super easy to make and came out crisp and tender. I think baking it on the oven rack makes a world of difference. No need to turn chicken over turing cooking. I will used this recipe again and again. Thanks Deens!!

I saw this on Paula's show yesterday morning and it looked awesome. We made it last night for dinner and it turned out perfect. Very moist and juicy. My only complaint is that it needs a sauce or at least a drizzle of melted butter before baking as the breadcrumbs are a little dry. I think we are going use the leftovers tonight to make chicken parmesean w/ tomato sauce and melted cheese.
