I didn't love this at all. I think it tasted too "thyme-y." I would use dried thyme or none at all. You really can't beat traditional fried chicken!

Incredibly fast, easy, and delicious. I plan to use leftovers for Chicken Parmesan. This recipe is going into my permanent rotation!

This recipe is to die for! I LOVE almost everything Paula makes (in fact, whenever I make something, my mom asks " is this a paula?" LOL. and the answer if most always a yes
But this one is one of my top faves. Made it along with the Butterscotch baby carrots. SO delish. Made this to go along with my parents Mem.Day BBQ, and there were hardly any leftovers. Considering everyone had already eaten by the time we got there, that's saying something. everyone stuffed themselves just because it was so good they couldn't turn it down. Thank you Paula for another fast, easy and delicious recipe!

very good and tasty! had to make a couple of changes because i only used 2 breasts (which i cut into 4 cutlets and i didn't have any dijon so i made some honey mustard (i go through dijon like water!. i cooked them for 30 minutes and they came out fairly crispy, so next time i might let them cook for an additional 5 minutes. i also had a 4 cheese blend that included asiago, romano and provolone in addition to the parmesan. the tanginess of the mustard and the sharpness of the cheese with the crunchy breading was awesome!!
