I made recipe as directed and it is FABULOUS!! Flavor is great and meat is moist and delicious. Coating is so good, I cut breasts into "fingers" so I get more crunch per piece!! Thanks, Paula!

Fantastic! I only had 5 med sized breasts to cook. I had way too much panko mixture. Next time will start with half and add more if needed. I had some Good Seasons Italian dressing mixed up so used that instead of the olive oil. Also used honey mustard since that was what I had on hand. Also didn't pound the breasts...just marinated them in the mustard mixture for about 1/2 hr, rolled in crumbs and baked for 25 min. Everyone loved them. Thanks, Paula.

This is delicious! I don't like mustard, so I used honey mustard instead. Ive also made a variation of this by marinating the chicken in Italian dressing rather than dipping in the mustard and using Italian panko..it makes great chicken parmesan!

Made this tonight and it was delicious! I only had regular breadcrumbs but it still turned out great. I had quite a bit of leftover breading and since I just used a little at a time in a separate bowl I saved it in a bag in the fridge because I will definately be making this recipe again.

Very easy and simple. I'm lactose intolerant, so I skipped the parmesan and it was still delicious. I even cut down on the olive oil and increased the water in the mustard wash to keep it low fat and healthy.

I can't believe how easy this is to make! The only change I made was less thyme because the first time I made tried this recipe, it was too overpowering. However, this could also be due to the fact that my thyme wasn't fresh? Anyway, love the ease. Thanks Paula!

Excellent and very easy to make. I substituted the olive oil in the mustard mix with a cup of low fat mayo and it turned out great. Also, I used store bought thin-sliced chicken breasts.

Rave reviews from a fried chicken lover. Substitutions i used: 1 cup mayo instead of olive oil to mix wtih mustard and seasoned salt instead of thyme. Also used a whole cutup chicken. Delicious.
