So good! I'm pretty bad at following directions so i forgot to pound the chicken and I don't own a cooling rack so i placed the chicken directly on the foil. The large chicken breasts took about 35 min to cook and still tasted great!

Tasty and simple to make. I used 1/4 cup of water with the mustard rather than the additional oil. The coating is generous and the panko just adds to the crispy texture like no other coating does when it comes to oven fried chicken. It's easy to see why this recipe is so highly rated!

Wow this chicken is awesome! I made the butterscotch carrots and some collard greens. What a delicious dinner! I tried it on my husband and a couple of neighbors it was thumbs up all the way! I even forgot to let the chicken set in the fridge for a bit and it was still juicy and so tasty...

This is definitely a go to chicken recipe. My family loves this recipe and Dijon mustard with the Parmesan cheese is delicious! I did substitute dried Rosemary for the Thyme because I like chicken and Rosemary together.

Paula, I didn't have chicken so used red snapper. It turned out absolutely delicious. I baked it on parchement paper, didn't use a rack and it still stayed crispy on the bottom. Next time I will definitely try it with chicken. A keeper recipe!
