Tasty, tender and crunchy. I really liked the parmesan in the mix too, it added a cheesy flavor. My husband really liked it and got seconds.

This recipe is awesome! I noticed alot of you say it is not crispy. well I use the crispy panko. much much better. I also use the Italian style and leave out the thyme. Very yummy!

You have to love Paula. This had olive oil and no butter and still PHENOMENAL! The crunch was great and the mustard was not over powering, but a great base for the panko to stick. I am sure this would work with talapia as well!

I'm going to make this tonight. I have bone-in, thighs and legs, skin on too. I think I will cook it a little longer because of the skin and bone. I'll let ya know what happens! Wish me luck!!
I rated it 5 stars because it won't let me post without a rating. I have high hopes for a 5 star dinner tonight.
*** Ok. I made the recipe tonight and it was pretty good! The panko kept it nice and crunchy and putting it on a rack inside the oven was great for keeping it crispy and not soggy on the bottom. We could not taste the Dijon AT ALL. My husband didn't know it was even on the chicken. I would make it again, for sure. I may try a country style dijon for more flavor. I had no issues with the chicken being bone-in or skin on. I will, however, give it only 3 stars out of 5.

I paired this recipe with the 3 cheese Mac n Cheese and the panko on both dishes kinda tied the two together. It was really simpe and so yummy!
It was a big hit with the family!

I used chicken wings instead of the breasts. The chicken was flavourful and tasty; however it didn't come out as crunchy as I expected. It was kind of soggy to the bottom. Aside from that, it was good.

This was very good. It did not get as crispy as I extpected, but I think I had too much of the liquid mixture on the chicken. I will try a thinner layer of the mustard mixture next time. Very good flavor and juicy. Will definitely have again.
