I love this recipe for a quick, easy dinner. The pounding technique makes the chicken very tender and you end up eating less. 1/2 piece is plenty. Regular bread crumbs work well too if you don't have panko.

This recipe is perfect just as it is! I wouldn't recommend making any changes, accept I had alot of panko cheese mixture leftover that I ended up needing to throw away. Next time I'll make half the mixture first and make more if I need it to avoid all the wasted ingredients. This tasted great and when dinner was over my bf asked me to make it again soon! Thanks again Paula!

Love this recipe. Have used bone-in, skin-on legs and thighs, and they turn out great, cooking 45-50 minutes. When I use skin-on chicken, I skip the oil in the mustard mixture. I prefer using less thyme, 1/2 tsp dried is plenty for my taste buds. Quick and delish!

I loved this recipe and so did my family! I have made it three times and my family keeps asking for more. However, my entire family does like dijon mustard. The chicken comes out juicy, with a nice crunchy coating, with a dijon flavor.

It was alright, not something I would ever make again, not because there was anything wrong with it, the chicken came out nice and juicy, I loved the crustiness, but the mustard was the down fall! It just didnt work for me, that doesnt mean it was gross it wasnt, for my taste!

If you are going to eat fried chicken this is easy but seasoning is everything and that is why i hate when people put these random spices in their recipes and expecting people to believe they're getting that good taste.. From one cook to another that loves flavor i recommend Annabelle's seasoning

Have made twice! Great tasting! Used gluten free Panko and turned out great each time. Thank you Paula!

Super tasty! I used French's french onion strips instead of Panko-the dijon mustard made the chicken incredibly tasty!! Will make again, and again, again!
