    WOW Paula!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Made this for the guys for the football games on Sunday. Doubled the recipe because there were five guys. Left to go be... with the girls and my husband said they went like wild fire. Glad I had other munchies. I think that says it all. Thanks Paula I think the guys were happy. Just a little tip - I didn't change anything but this. The corn bread stuffing needs to be smashed up finer than how it comes in the box, it sticks better.Read more

    Good with a few adjustments

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
I made these exactly how the reciped stated the first time. They were pretty good, a little bland but a nice change. The... second time around, I added worchiester sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder along with the hot sauce. I also used 'savory herb' stuffing, instead of the cornbread stuffing. They were really good, not spicy at all. My two small children loved them, as did my husband. Will be making these again, and soon. Maybe next time I will cut them into bite size pieces and serve them with breakfast instead of tradtional fried potato! Yum!!Read more

I personally thought they were dry and not so great. We just used ketchup for dipping and it was ok that way. I wouldn't make... these again. They sure do look good though! Plus, Paula's recipes are usually right on and top notch good. So I guess one out of a 1000 or so aint bad. Read more

    Failed Taste Test

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
My Son's friends were at the house, and decided to hold a taste testing. I made 2 wedges with the cornbread stuffing mix,... exactly as instructed in this recipe. I also made 2 with Catalina Dressing, 2 of the Neely's parmesan wedges, and 2 with Shake n' Bake. Well, Paula's recipe came in last place. The big winner was the Shake n' Bake spuds and Second Place was the Catalina Dressing (The boys said it tasted like there was ketchup on it already). I won't make Paula's again, but loved the idea of using Mayo....My Shake n' Bake Wedges were crispy, without being too crunchy (enough to break a tooth). I baked them at 375* for 45 min. Read more

maybe some of the people that didn't like these or had trouble making, did not use real mayo.
