    THESE POTATOES WERE EASY AND VERY TASTY. I DIDN'T HAVE RED POTATOES, SO I CUT UP RUSSET POTATOES AND IT WAS JUST AS GOOD.

    This recipe not only tastes great, but also smells great while in the oven. The aroma is wonderful! I added some garlic salt for more taste, seeing that the recipe does not call for any seasonings. This one's a definite keeper!
