Hard to believe that this healthy dish was made without butter since Paula Deen made it. This dish is so good and healthy at the same time. Took leftovers to work and everyone raved about them.

My family thoroughly enjoys this simple recipe. Instead of peeling little strips around the potatoes, I just cut them in half. I'm more or a shove it in the mouth cook. I guess i need to work more on presentation.

It was a last minute thing, and all I had was a three pound bag of red potatos, and I had no idea what to do with them. All I had was one hour to come up with something before our guests arrive. I went to food network and typed in red potatos, and one recipe for red potatos came up, and it was Paula's. It was a life saver for me. They turned out very good. Everyone said it was the best red potatos. They asked for the recipe, and I told them I cannot give it out because it was a family secert recipe. At the end before my guest went home, I printed the recipe for them and give it out to them. I told them I got it from the food network.

Everyone loved it when I made it for Easter this year. It was full of so much flavor and didn't even have to use any butter ... full on EVOO

I made these potatoes for my Easter dinner. They were delicious but it took quite a while to roast.

These were very cheap and easy to make and a great side dish to almost anything. I love Paula Dean. All of her recipes are so great.
