Those little red potatos add a bit of color and novelty to any a meal. I'm always looking for new ways to serve them. This recipe was incredibly simple and even my meat and potatos husband liked the rosemary and garlic combination...

This is a delicious, easy, yummy way to cook potatoes. However, I've been making potatoes just like this for years and years! It's not anything original to Paula. Not to take anything away from Paula, but I know she didn't originate this recipe. Almost all of the Foodnetwork chefs have used this as an easy way to cook spectacular potatoes.

I made this on Easter Sunday for my boyfriend and his father. I got rave reviews from every one involved they are very flavorful and not to greasy. I served them cut into chunks and I roasted them until they were slightly browned on the outside yet soft in the middle. Delicious!

We really enjoyed these with our Easter ham! I did add some spicy coarse grill seasoning when I tossed them with the rosemary. Makes a lot, which is good since there's none left over!

My husband loves potatoes and I love roaste potatoes. With garlic & rosemary how can one go wrong? I used the rosemary from our garden (we live in Florida. A keeper recipe! For the viewer who said they didn't cook well enough, remember ovens vary. You may want to par boil your potatoes ahead of time - definitely worth it.

Everyone loved them. They are right about the smell, they smell amazing. I cut the potatoes into funky shaped pieces (chunky, but not too much bigger than bite size. I added kosher salt and ground pepper to taste. I also added a bit more garlic and the flavor was amazing. I raosted them for an hour at 350.

A family favorite. I had made these for my family for the first time for Christmas Dinner, and they were an immediate hit!
