I made these and of course they were a big hit. I did have some leftovers so the next day, I cut them up and made a potatoe salad with them. Was that ever good!!! Everyone thought it was the best potato salad they ever had. Go figure! Paula's the BEST!!!!

I TRIED THE RECIPE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2005 FOR MY CHRISTMAS DINNER. ALL 11 GUESTS + MY FAMILY MEMBERS ENJOYED THEM SO MUCH THAT I AM NOW THE "POTATO MAKER" FOR THE FAMILY. I MADE THEM AT LEAST 4 TIMES (FOR BIG DINNERS WITHIN THE LAST YEAR.

Paula Deen is one of my favorite Chefs on the Foodnetwork. She makes her recipies very simple to follow. I did the potatoes without the Rosemary and they were yummy. Everyone enjoyed it and I will be doing it again very soon.

I baked at 350 for an hour. This recipe was great, but it needed a baking time approximate.

The apartment smelled great while I was making these. I wish I had baked them a little longer. Overall they were great!

Paula, Paula, Paula... What? NO BUTTER? Excellent compliment to Veal or Chicken Parmesean. Yummy Yummy Yummy Taters.. Although I did kick it up a bit by sprinkling grated Parmesean Cheese before baking...Hope ya don't mind. Keep em coming y'all.
