    This recipe is very easy and makes a great side for a roast or the like, but they're nothing special. Good - yes, but not something that anyone is going to come away from the table raving about. The second time I make them, I jazzed them up a bit with some kosher salt, lemon pepper, and chives - much better!

    Very quick and easy. My 12 year old son asked if he could heat up some Velveeta to drizzle over them. That made all the kids go nuts over them. I thought they were great with or without the cheese.

    I love this recipe! The potatoes come out really creamy on the inside. They're just delicious. I made this for the first time about two weeks ago, and my husband has asked for them every couple of days ever since.
